Marie Cammack is the Division Manager of the Newport Beach, California ICM office. She was a member of the Honors Program at the University of California Los Angeles and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
Marie joined ICM in 2003, received the Rookie of the Year award and has been a repeat recipient of the ICM’s President’s Club designation, in recognition of outstanding sales performance. She was promoted to the Senior Management team a year and a half after joining the firm, and through her dedication to excellence, she led her Senior District to the number one ranking in the company in 2005. Ms. Cammack was promoted to Division Manager 2006 and currently manages the Newport Beach branch location. Beginning in 2007, she co-hosted ICM’s “Real Advice from Real People,” a radio talk show covering various financial topics of interest.
The Newport Beach branch that she oversees was the number one hiring, insurance sales and overall produce branch for ICM in 2014.
Marie Cammack specializes in working with businesses and individuals to help them create customized plans to enhance their overall financial situation. She advises her clients on topics that include: implementing tax-favored retirement programs, tax-efficient college savings vehicles, real estate investments, estate and succession planning, asset preservation, and insurance needs analysis.
Ms. Cammack is a dedicated volunteer with Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Her mother is a breast cancer survivor, whose diagnosis in 1997 inspired the Cammack family’s commitment to the annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Newport Beach, California

Jeanette Castillo graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. During her time at Cal State Fullerton, Jeanette became president of Golden Key International Honor Society, where she was inspired by the organization’s philosophy that the power of knowledge transforms lives and changes situations for the better.
After graduating, Jeanette spent several years in the mortgage industry where she realized the true value of a client’s mortgage to their overall financial well-being. Because of this, she decided she wanted the ability to expand the services she could offer her clients to build their overall net worth. This led Jeanette to ICM in 2011, where she could offer her client a full array of financial services.
Jeanette Is a Senior District Manager in the Newport Beach office. She was also recognized as one of the top producing financial advisors in the company for 2015, 2016 and 2017. Jeanette has also been the #1 insurance producer for 3 straight years.

Deborah Chen graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Long Beach. She completed both her undergraduate degree and her teaching credential in four years.
Deborah was a middle school math and computer science teacher for six years and experienced that many adults felt intimidated by math and money. Thus in efforts to bridge the gap of understanding how to manage finances as an adult, Deborah started her career at Independent Capital Management.
She currently holds a California Life and Health license.
Deborah is a District Manager in the Newport Beach office.
